Giving them a one star is actually too much. I have been running around for 2.5 weeks for a refund that is owed to me. I was charged for a Saturday AM delivery only for them to deliver on Monday because according to the customer service centre they never do deliveries on weekends, even though the website allows you to pick (at an extra cost) a weekend delivery.

Eventually, they had admitted to their mistake and promised me a refund, which is still not paid to date.

The call centre staff are always on a holiday, covering up for one another stating that a certain person is not in (which was literally everyday I called).

Today I finally get through to a lady by the name of Shadi who seems to be the ONLY person interested in assisting anyone - who promised she will keep me in the loop. If you lose this woman, you might as well close down because your call centre staff are unwilling to assist, they will only scream at you.

All comments that one leaves on Facebook also gets deleted within minutes.
