NEVER USE DAWN WING COURRIER SERVICE

Dawn Wing received my parcel on the 8th of December 2020. Today is the 21st of December 2020. I have still not received my parcel!!! When calling the *** the the calls are dropped and the agents cut the line or pretend to transfer me to someone and then drop the line. I ordered through the Multiply Online Shop. Momentum Multiply just says the parcel is with Dawn Wing. Dawn Wing says the parcel has been sent to their Pretoria branch........... I am still without my parcel.
