Never use Dawn Wing!

How can a courier service say that the customer is not available if they don't even attempt contacting you??? I have been waiting for my parcel for two days and on both occasions i received an sms saying I could not be contacted but I was at home and near my phone all day. No attempt from dawn Wing to contact me and when I speak to customer care they are so unwilling to help or even acknowledge my frustrations. Useless. Never us Dawn Wing!!!
