Never Again!

I ordered a dress for a WEDDING and Dawn Wing LOST it!!

To add insult to injury, I had to find out from the shop I ordered the dress from that it had been lost! I called Dawn Wing and they confirmed that they lost it!

They just put their hands up and say sorry? Ridiculous! Why didn’t Dawn Wing call to inform me of my lost package?? How do you lose a package that has all my details and address on it??? I can understand!! Would give zero stars if I could! Not helpful and completely useless company!
