My waybil no OFT1T***2- has not been delivered for a month now_Furius customer

Good Day ,

I am very disappointed with the online service order and delivery . My order was not delivered for a month. I have been calling every week for the past 3 weeks and every week I called they have promised it will be delivered in that week and I am still waiting, on the other hand when you try to call them they are never available. I waited for my delivery for a month now and I have paid for this service.

The way this is handled I am not happy , this should be treated as matter of urgency . I am just scarred that my order will go missing, it has been with the courier company for a very long time.

If this is no rectified by tomorrow lunchtime , please cancel my order and process a full purchase refund .
