My parcel from Timberland nowhere to be found

Poor service , when you call them they ask you a tracking number of your parcel and told me my parcel now it is with the third party RWS.after a week I told them I havnt received my parcel, again the say I must call Vryburg RWS ..poor company with *********** staff who dont value customers.They are liers as they will say you will receive your parcel today and guess what nothing just more lie*****r service
