my parcel delivered to an unknown person

i ordered an item from a supplier and asked for the item to be couriered to me, after checking on their tracking site, on friday i called the courier company to query when i would receive the parcel. i was told that it was out for delivery on Friday, but received nothing. i called in on Monday and queried the parcel and was told that the parcel was delivered and someone by the name of Andreas signed for it. i have never heard of this person and now the item i paid cannot be located because the driver that delivered it is off sick until Thursday, so much for urgency when you deliver to an incorrect person. unbelievable, they dont care that they have lost the parcel. They will wait for the driver to get back from sick leave, while Andreas opens my brand new camera and uses it.
