My package in dawn wing purgatory

Was meant to have a parcel delivered on 28/11. Now 06/12. Still no delivery. Couldn't find original address (a high school?!?). Rearranged delivery on Thursday 30th. Called and disconnected from jhb branch I just gave up. After spending 10 minutes on hold today my package will still only be delivered tomorrow (hard to believe at this point). Useless service over all.

Still no package. Called the lady in charge of the Vape Cartel, Nicole on Friday. Left a message to be called back. No return call. 2 weeks later nothing. Remarkably pathetic for next day delivery. Even the Hello Peter rep has done nothing to resolve this.
