I am not happy about the unprofessional service received from Dawn Wing courier company,

The company name is Dawn Wing, and the driver was very rude and unprofessional. i was not available to receive the parcel because I had a business meeting at the time of delivery as they did not indicate the time and date when will they deliver, i requested my sister to receive the parcel on my behalf BUT the driver refused to give it to her and he was very rude on the phone, hanged up the phone and drove off with the parcel,

I am very much inconvenienced about this as my business depends on this parcel to operate.

I wouldn't refer any company to use their services.
