Most useless courier company

Worst courier company! How are they managing to still be in business! Between Afrihost and Dawn Wing can see how they compliment one another as they are both useless!! I gave all my delivery details to Afrihost in order for them to organise with their courier company Dawn Wing/DPD Laser to drop it off at my office as I need to take it through tomorrow morning in order to have it connected! Not only was my address not taken corectly, the courier guy from Dawn Wing contacted me this morning and I gave him my work address as he only had the street address, and guess what, yes you guessed right, it was never delivered due to stupidity by the courier guy who obviously was too lazy to take down the details, but what courier company goes on only a street name and code? How does this happen?? As I am a very busy professional woman, the time it took me to get hold of the courier company trying to sort this out, who knows when I will be getting the router?? Can somebody please help me out here, what is wrong with out service and people in this country!! Laziness and stupidity! I have now been promised the parcel by 9am tomorrow morning! Should I not get my parcel, I will cancel everything and will never ever use this company ever again, that is Dawn Wing as well as Afrihost! You are going to seriously lose a lot of business if this is the way you operate, but please note you will never get business from me ever!!
