drivers are consistantly unprofessional: if they don't shout they hoot at your property they will send you an sms to notify you of your delivery, then claim you were not available - so they never deliver your parcel. This same guy has done this 7 times already. NOTHING has been done to reprimand him nor has any steps been taken to improve his behaviour. they can't follow simple instructions: DO NOT HOOT AT THE GATE they don't wear masks and they are the rudest creatures on the planet your clients have to wait, and your neighbors have to go through hell because they do not know basic manners or communications skills, nor can their staff read the instruction labels.
