Most pathetic service ever!

This is getting ridiculous. Haven't received one SMS or call yesterday. Not even one attempt to get ahold of me. Most pathetic service I have received. I want to support Faithful by Nature but not if they are using you as their courier service. And it is unfair towards them to lose my loyalty due to your service being pathetic.
