Most pathetic courier company

Most pathetic courier company on earth. When they call me I was on my other line with one of my clients and was not able to answer. I immediately went out to my gate because I know thats why they calling me. There was no one there. 3 minutes later I received a sms that said they left because they couldn't reach me. I immediately phoned back. Hold on for 45 minutes and no one answered. I try and phoned the local branch. They said the driver will come later today. After 16h30 nobody was here and I phoned them again. They told me he was here and I didn't opened again. I almost got a heart attack. Nobody was here. Nobody phoned me.
