Most *********** courier service

I was supposed to receive my package early this week...i phoned daily and every consultant at Dawn Wing told me parcel was still in storage. They will request for my package to be collected and delivered before Christmas..as this is a special gift for someone. Phoned again today...package still in storage... NONE of the consultants managed to get my package out of storage?. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY?. I WILL NAME AND SHAME DAWN WING COURIERS AS FAR AND LOUD AS I CAN....I AM NOT A HAPPY CLIENT...
