A week ago I bought a product from a company in CT and, naturally had it delivered overnight. At the time I was in Upington. The package did not arrive on time, and I had to have the delivery address changed to my house since it did not reach me on time in Upington. I phone twice to confirm the new address. Both times the operator confirmed that the address had been changed and that she would escalate the matter. Last night, a week later...the package was delivered...to the Hotel in Upington!. I have lost a considerable amount in income due to Dawn Wing's incompetence.
