most disgusting courier services i've encountered

NO delivery of my parcel took place yesterday because nobody was home apparently.today i called and was told it will be delivered today.AGAIN,no delivery because nobody was home according to them.That is why i used my mothers address because she is HOME ALL DAY.NO call to the customer is made either when no delivery takes place.I called and spoke to a crystal who assured me a area manager,faiz,would contact me and try to deliver tonight.STILL NO CALL.I have dealt with maaany orders from takealot and their deliveries are awesome.This is first time i'm dealing with dawn wing and like this government their service is pathetic.I thought this was a professional courier company,i was mistaken
