More like broken wing

<p>I will be honest and state that I have never had a problem with them before, but now! I have a parcel which arrived at their depo in JHB already early Thursday morning the 1st of December. Today is the 5th and no parcel. When I check online the parcel has been despatched but each day then returned to the depot???. So after 4 phone calls and a online chat with a consultant lots of promises were made to "get back to me". I am still waiting for the calls and still no parcel. Can someone please do the basics, deliver a parcel.</p>
