More empty promises and pathetic service

I lodged a complaint about non delivery of my parcel and received an email from Lizel saying she will resolve. 6 hours later I called and asked her what is happening and she said she has transferred my query to the person working on the spree account. Didn't bother to even notify me. The person working on the spree account who's call I'd been waiting for since last week said my parcel is out on deliver today and she'll find out what time to expect it. It's 7pm and I am. Without my parcel. This is pathetic. Can I please collect my parcel myself since clearly. None of your staff want to assist.
