Mockery of a service from dawnwing couriers

I have been patiently waiting for my order (essential items) which was confirmed by the supplier to have handed to them on 06 May and up todate haven't received my package, despite sending numerous emails to dawn wing and calls nothing has materialized..

Something needs to done with this *********** companies who basically have no idea of what they are doing..
