Missing Parcel

My shipment was booked on 11-11-2022 15-11-2022 - Portal says failed. I called in, Consultant says shipment will be out 16-11-2022 17-11-2022 @ 8.18am consultant says shipment will be sent out for delivery later. Called in at 16.18. Consultant says she doesn't know when my parcel will be shipped and disconnected my call. There was no communication from dawn wing at all. No SMS no email.... nothing.

If any organizations that I purchase in future does shipments with Dawn Wing, I will not proceed. The service provided is **********. I cant believe that they operate as such.
