Missing parcel

1. The Dawn Wing dont tell you that they dont do counter to counter deliveries. I only found this out when I tried to collect my parcel. 2. They deliver the parcel not to the intended person and cant tell me who they delivered to. 3 They promise to phone back and never do 4. My parcel is missing and no can tell me who signed for it when or why they did not phone the recipient prior to delivery as they had promised.
