Missing delivery and no contact!

I ordered a parcel from Mr Price that was supposed to be delivered by Dawn Wing yesterday (10/12/2020) before 5pm. I got an sms form the courier driver Rico Summers before 12pm to tell me that my drop off was on its way. No further communication until the day ended. I then sent a query via the Mr Price whatsapp number today and they told me they escalated the issue. I have been on the lookout for this parcel the WHOLE DAY and when I checked the tracker now it says: Contact not available at 1:12pm. This is impossible. A previous parcel was succesfully delivered by them on the 09/12. It is now 4pm and no parcel or no call to inform me when this will be delivered. I gave them an alternative number where an sms was also sent yesterday!
