Mara Why Dawn Wing

Accepted a quote and paid for it on Monday the 03 December 2018. It was collected two days late after I stayed late at work twice for the driver to find me in the office after house. Upon accepting the quote I wrote down both the delivery and collection address. More than a week later my parcel is still not delivered because apparently the address was wrong. I suspect the Cape Town office did not even attempt to deliver they just marked it as wrong address. Mind you the Cape Town depot received the parcel on Thursday 06 December and till now the delivery hasn't been made
