Lost parcel

I was suppose to receive a delivery tomorrow as it stated 3-5 business days at point of order so I took Friday off as that would be day 3.I get a call today from the delivery driver who says he is at my flat so I advise him to leave it with the security guard and he does so then an hour later I get a call and a security guard tells me to fetch my parcel as its delivered to the wrong block of flats.The delivery driver called Sibusiso delivered the item to von wielding street instead of von brandise street.I am fuming and very annoyed as there is a difference in these two streets.I would like the item collected from that incorrect address and brought to my address.
