Lost Parcel
Can someone from Dawn Wing - other than a customer service representative contact me. I had a parcel collected on 6 Nov and it has still not been delivered today 14 Nov. When I call customer service they tell me that the tracking info online is incorrect and in fact there is no such parcel.
