Lost merchandise

Pathetic service ever!!!!!I did not even wanted to give a rating but then I wont be able to write the review...I am a shoe manufacturer and make use of Dawn Wing to transport my stock to my customers...the customer only received half of the merchandise..If I did not follow up with my customers I would not have known the stuff is lost..I spoke to various staff at Dawn Wing but all of them are so pathetic. I spoke to Riska my agent at dawn wing who promised me she would give me feedback by none of that..I'm so fed up..That is thousands of rands lying somewhere but they dnt care because it's not their money..I'm ready to take legal action cause somebody must be held accountable for this and it will not be me. .They don't even have the decency to keep me in the loop of any progress...At this time of the year I dnt hv time for such pathetic business...I'm gatvol
