LOOT AND DAWN WING POOR SERVICE

I ordered a parcel from Loot on 15 Jul 19. They promised to have it to me by the 31 July 19, then 5 Aug 19 , Then 6 Aug 19. By the 11 Aug 19 I cancelled the order and requested a refund LOOT Have the cheek to state that they cannot refund me till they get the parcel back from Dawn Wing. No one knows where this parcel is. I have never signed for it or received it. Dawn Wing keeps saying they tried delivering but no one is home. I WORK FROM HOME!! Its the 27th August 19 Today and still Loot insist they will not refund me till Dawn wing returns the parcel. I NEVER RECEIVED IT AT ALL!! So why must I be out of pocket because they cannot sort out their internal issues with their courier company. I have ordered 25 times from Takealot since then and they have delivered every single one. Not sure how Takealot delivered considering Dawn wing states that no one is home. When I ask to speak to a manager, the manager and supervisors are in a meeting. So Dawn Wing as the parcel SOMEWHERE, Loot has my money and I have nothing!!!!
