Lies worse than my ex!!!

Absolutely CANNOT believe what I am going through with YOU guys!!! CONSTANT EMPTY PROMISEs. EMPTY PROMISES JUST TO SHUT ME UP!!!! THANK YOU!!! FOR absolutely ruining my childs SIXTH birthday. I trusted you guys to deliver on time and now we are sitting with NO gifts!!! SHE wakes up to absolutely nothing!!! I've now stayed up till 12 am (YES 12!!!) waiting for your excuse of couriers because you guys told me they'd deliver today! Not just you, but your manager too!!!!! Multiple people! I cannot believe you just say stuff to shut up a customer and go back to your old ways!! It's disgusting!! And not acceptable in any way at all!!! How can you not keep to a time line! How do I keep getting pushed around day after day with your empty words!! You have 0 sympathy. It's obviously ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! Absolute robots basically. No feelings. No NOTHING!!!!!! How do I get you guys to take me seriously! Constant nagging doesn't help. Begging doesn't help! And now it's her birthday and she's sitting with nothing in the morning!!!!!!!!!not only do you have one of her gifts, you have all 5 of them in your custody!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BOTH MY PARCELS AND I'VE PAID FOR THEM AND I'M BEGGING YOU TO DELIVER THEM TO?!? WHO PAID FOR THEM??????
