Lies Lies and more lies!!!

I'm struggling to get my parcel delivered to me from the 22nd of April. It has been over a month now. After numerous emails and phone calls to Zubeida Adams i had no luck. She told me every time that it will be delivered the next day. Then my wife sit at home the whole day with no arrival of courier. Then i spoke to Norman which was very help full. Well he was help full but also **** to me as he said he will ask the manager when they can deliver the package and phone me back within 5 minutes. The phone call was 5 days ago. I will not recommend Dawnwing courier AT ALL to anyone. Their staff will just lie to you to keep you happy and get you off the line. They could at least send an email. But i guess that is too much work
