Lies and no service

Placed an order with Estee Lauder on 28/11. It was handed to Dawnwing on 29/11 and to date I have not had delivery. I called Dawnwing today. I spoke to Julia.

She advised that the parcel was never handed to them from Estee. I said that this is not possible as I received an sms from Dawnwing. She then put me on hold and disconnected the call. This was after an overall ten minute call. I had even given them the reference number provided by EL and the sms from Dawnwing and she said they didnt get the order. The call was made at 14:42 today - hopefully the call was recorded so you can hear for yourself the bad service.

This is ridiculous service and I always have this issue with dawnwing. They always claim they cant deliver when someone is available for collection 24/7. We have two guards on duty that sign for all my parcels.
