**********!!! They will mess up your delivery address on purpose so that they won't deliver. You will do your own follow ups just to find out when is the possible date for your parcel.

They will lie and promise delivery, but not show up.

Their tracking online portal is designed to confuse you, nothing makes sense with this company really. As I'm still waiting for my delivery.
