I have been waiting for a parcel since Thursday after being notified via sms that my parcel was out for delivery on the day. Delivery guy Tirelo Ntsoane. Parcel was never received on Thursday. I then received the same Sms on Friday. On Friday a few hours later I received another sms saying that due to me not being able to receive the parcel, I will not be receiving the parcel. SOMETHING I NEVER SAID!!! I then called Dawn Wing and was told that Tirelo made a mistake and had a vehicle breakdown but was in my area and would deliver my parcel. It’s Saturday today and NO PARCEL!!! Dawn Wing where is my parcel?????
