LDP laser/ Dawn wing whatever

What a useless courier service. 4 times they failed to deliver my parcel. It's so expensive to call the contact center and then I'm told it will be delivered tomorrow. I don't receive any notification via SMS or email they say there must be something wrong with the system. The driver says my phone is on Voice mail , what a lot of nonsense. I've been waiting for this delivery for a week, I told them to tell the driver to just leave the parcel at the security, but guess what driver says he couldn't contact me again and took the parcel to the depot. I'm going to recommend to the online store to drop these people.
