Lazy delivery person

Driver rang the bell and I told him "upstairs please" My distraught mother who had just been informed her friend had passed from Covid-19 was in view downstairs and the delivery guy decided upstairs was too much trouble. She told him I live upstairs and he insisted that she accept the parcel and raced off. She was too upset to argue.
