Lazy customer service

I do not understand why companies still use Dawn Wing as a courier. My parcel was picked up by Dawn Wing on the 24th of April, when I track on line I see it is still at Depot. I then called their call center, they are telling me that it will only be delivered on the 3rd of May. I was told that there's nothing wrong just the driver could not take my parcel with. Woaw what a lousy service. Courier guy would have delivered in two days.
