Lazy couriers

I booked my parcel with dawn wing i got an SMS delivering today. Then again parcel delivered I never got a phone call. I phoned the office 3 times today everytime they said someone going to phone me back. I then got a phone call before 4pm saying it was dropped by my neighbour yesterday. I said but I only got message yesterday saying the courier has it & today out on delivery. When I got home I went to my neighbour she had it & it only came today by her. This is not the first time they did this also dropping it by my neighbour. When I phoned an said I got it the guy says they were shouting outside my home then I said why didn't you phone me. He then said his only the assistant so I asked do you do this with all your customers. They are flippen pathetic & useless very bad service
