Lazy call center agents

<p>I know today everyone just got back from holiday , but have some damn responsibilities for being a courier company please, I called in today to ask for the time I'm expecting for my delivery , but this lazy idiot that answer my call At the tracking call center just says he doesn't care coz he's not the driver,and hangs my phone down , well if you lazy ******s don't care why don't you just shut down your useless business all together ?! Pathetic useless company </p>
