Late delivery service by Dawn Wing Couriers

I have been waiting for my order from Clicks for more than a week now. Daily, i have been getting smses from Dawn Wing Couriers that they will deliver my order but they never do. I even got smses saying courier is 4 mins away, im still waiting for him till today. This morning, i got delivery notification again and asked them to call me back. They assured me that they will deliver my order without fail today but it never happened. I am beyond frustrated right now with their service. Clicks, please do something.
