Late Delivery AND call centre
Call centre - phoned about 7 times, then phone rings about 10 times - then line goes dead!!! Or suddenly goes engaged!! Very frustrating!! When call got answered eventually, I received confirmation TWICE that parcel would be delivered YESTERRDAY!! NO PACKAGE RECEIVED!!!
