Late delivery and bad attitude
This morning I received an sms 07:11 that my parcel will be delivered today. In the sms is the drivers name Peter March as well as the registeation nr of the vehicle. I just phone the call centre on delivery because I have not received anything up to now. The lady just said that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow despite the sms I got. I have been waiting so long now. And I was so excited to receive my parcel today. The lady was so rude and just want to get rid of me on the phone. Why are they sending out sms and then don't deliver. And she could not tell me even a time of delivery. And all they do is just say 'sorry, the driver had too many parcels'. They are so pathetic!
