Lack of service

Good day, I would like to express extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with Dawn Wing Couriers. I have been waiting on something to arrive and they have just been very unprofessional and not very helpful at all in giving me any peace of mind that my parcel will ever be delivered. I was told that their drivers arrive at the gate and never ever call to say that they have arrived. They gave me a 7 hour window period of when to expect delivery and that made it impossible to ensure that I am ever going to be at the gate at the right time to receive before they leave. When I asked if I could be called when they arrive I was told that this is not an option. So that is in my opinion not a very good way to perform a service. The delivery was for an order that I placed with Cotton On which I am now going to request to be cancelled and refunded.
