Lack of service

I am so disappointed in the lack of service I have received from Dawn Wing. It took Dawn Wing 8 days to deliver a 24-48hr parcel & you still charged me for that service. I booked a collection online yesterday and the parcel still has not been collected. When enquiring if Dawn Wing will be collecting the parcel the gentleman at Dawn Wing put the phone down on me when he told me there is nothing he can do about it.<br>
