Lack of communication leads to undelivered parcel

I got an sms from the courier at 10:47am that I was the next delivery so I waited. I had to work so I asked my boyfriend to try get a hold of them but no one answered the call. Now, at 17:09pm I get an sms that my parcel couldn't be delivered because I was unavailable to receive.

At no point did the driver call me, at no point did the courier call me. Afrihost (I'm getting a router from them) have done everything they could to help me.

I cannot work until I get the router, where is it?
