Lack of Communication

I have been expecting a parcel from Cape Town for 3 days now, Waybill number WC ********** . It arrived in Johannesburg on Monday according to the parcel tracking service. it is now Thursday and still nothing, I am yet to receive any communication from Dawn Wing as to when I can expect delivery. What is more frustrating is that according to the tracking service, the package has not been delivered because "REASON: 03 - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE". As mentioned before, I have not been contacted. I have also tried contacting them via phone and e-mail, to no response, and at this point I am resorting to this review, as it seems it is the only way to get a response out of Dawn Wing.
