Kyle Govender - Delivery guy

I find it extremely disrespectful to drop off my order with someone other than me without trying to contact me first. I was there but the driver didn’t bother to call to hand over my parcel but instead gave it to my neighbour who I am not fami**** with as of yet. This surely goes against protocol and POPI act.
