Just Close Your Doors Dawn Wing! Pathetic Service

Pathetic customer service from the staff, even the driver. I've been receiving SMSs since Tuesday till today (Friday) stating that my parcel will be delivered. It's Friday today but still no delivery! Their system indicates that I haven't been picking up my phone r it goes to voice-mail when they call, which is completely absurd! When you call the local branch, the staff doesn't want to listen to the customer and you get cut off whilst talking. They are rude as hell! I've never been so disrespected in my life! The behavior is disgusting
