Jeanette "Miss Know It All"

<p>I recently purchased an order from Groupon. This was placed with Dawn Wing Couriers for Delivery. I received a message to say that the courier company was experiencing difficulties delivering my order, and that I should call them. I called and was attended to one rude Jeanette (deals specifically with Groupon Orders). I asked her what the issue was with the delivery of my parcel to which she responded that the address was incorrectly completed. I responded by saying that it had been inserted correctly as Palm Springs, Vereeniging. Because Palm Spring is a twonship within the City of Vereeniging. <span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">To which she responded rudely, and with arrongance, in a manner that belittled what I was saying. </span><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';"> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">What is sad is that, I buy online all the time and have my purchases delivered to my home address but she has the nerve to speak to as though I am a fool. Even when I tell her this she keeps insisting as though, I dont know what I am talking about, If these are the people that Groupon is trusting with this service, it is really sad - because they are an extension of the Groupon service and are in turn making my experience with Groupon horrific.</span></p>
