Items not delivered

I have received such horrible service from Dawn Wing. I ordered a parcel from overseas and till today I am waiting for my parcel. Firstly I had to call around in order to get an invoice for the custom duties. I eventually got hold of someone who said i must check my spam inbox because thats where their emails normally land up . The invoice had been sitting in my spam for a week and i didnt even get a call from Dawn Wing. I paid the invoice promptly and my items have been cleared from customs but i still havent received them and i have emailed and my emails have been unanswered. Today I called and first my call was dropped after two rings and when i called again my call was unanswered. Also i cant track the package with the waybill in the Dawn Wing site so i actually have no idea of where the package is. I hope once i let the supplier know of the horrid service i have received they think twice of using Dawn Wing, Rather use the post office than Dawn Wing
