it takes a village (customers) to raise a child (Dawn wing)

I have NEVER seen such poor service, like wow!

I am writing this with a shattered heart. Imagine trusting a particular company to render a service for you and they fail you dismally, yet you have paid them.

To anyone who wants to use Dawning for courier services hehe I urge you to think twice before doing so.

Honestly if I knew, I would have personally delivered the gift. I wrote a review about 3@1 Cresta mall concerning their poor service on the 31/07/19. Till today 03/07/19 I am not surprised that we are still waiting. I paid R185 of my money to make sure that the gift gets delivered but it still didn’t happen. I called Dawn wing Pretoria to ask them to track the gift because when I tracked it, it was still stationary at Cape Town and I was told it was on its way. The receiver was called to say the gift is on its way and till now the gift hasn’t been delivered. Companies forget one thing that they are there because of people. Value and appreciate your customers because truth of the matter is that they are the ones who put you on the map.
