It's been 7 weeks - still no package

I ordered some tea from overseas Dawn Wing was the South African courier. The package arrived May 29th and I subsequently paid Dawn Wing and the Custom fees (ZAR1,000) on a package valued at ZAR600. I've followed up with the company on a weekly basis and they gave me useless excuses the first 2/3 weeks. The customs forms were lost etc, they aren't sure what's going on etc and then they just started ignoring my emails. I have never had this problem with a DHL or a FedEx ever. It's highly infuriating that i not only lost the money I spent on the product, but also I paid this company and they have just gone silent.
